European Manager of National Drug Retailing Chain Gets Severance

We represented an employee (“Client”) against a national drug retailing chain (“Company”).

Client, who speaks with a noticeable European accent but has decades of pharmacy experience, had positive reviews under a supportive and neutral supervisor at Company.  After three years, though, under a new and discriminatory boss, Client started receiving negative reviews with little explanation.

He reported this national origin discrimination to HR, but human resources did nothing.  Client subsequently received a retaliatory performance warning.

Three months after retention, we obtained for Client severance and non-contest of unemployment insurance.

We tailor and create unique business and legal strategies to obtain our clients’ objectives and goals. To request a private consultation, please fill out this form, email contact@youngandma.com, or call 646-379-7703.
