Male Senior Salesperson with Several Internal Harassment Complaints against Him Gets Increased Severance
We represented two employees (“Client A” and “Client B”) against a New York consulting company (“Company”).
Client A was a senior salesperson who hired Client B into Company. After several internal harassment complaints against Client A, Client B was forced to resign. Client A was terminated the following month. Company then objected to Clients’ claims for unemployment insurance benefits.
Less than three months after we sent a demand letter, Client B received severance, Client A’s severance increased by more than eight (8) times, and Company agreed to not contest Clients’ claims for unemployment insurance benefits.
We tailor and create unique business and legal strategies to obtain our clients’ objectives and goals. To request a private consultation, please fill out this form, email email@example.com, or call 212-220-4024.
