Male Senior Salesperson with Several Internal Harassment Complaints against Him Gets Increased Severance

We represented two employees (“Client A” and “Client B”) against a New York consulting company (“Company”).

Client A was a senior salesperson who hired Client B into Company.  After several internal harassment complaints against Client A, Client B was forced to resign.  Client A was terminated the following month.  Company then objected to Clients’ claims for unemployment insurance benefits.

Less than three months after we sent a demand letter, Client B received severance, Client A’s severance increased by more than eight (8) times, and Company agreed to not contest Clients’ claims for unemployment insurance benefits.
